Inspection
A thorough inspection is required to identify the condition, fibre content, backing type and degree of soiling. It is also necessary to ensure any colours are stable or colourfast.
Preparation
Prior to vacuuming, a carpet rake is used to reverse the carpet pile, this will release tangled fibres and help to free any dry soils allowing for a more effective vacuum stage.
Vacuuming
The carpet is then thoroughly vacuumed, removing any residual dry soils.
Stain Pre-treatment
Before extraction cleaning, any stains will be pre treated with the correct stain treatment fluid.
Application of Cleaning Solutions
The application of a suitable cleaning solution that breaks down the remaining soils prior to extraction, our solutions are safe, non toxic and environmentally friendly.
Agitation
After the solution application the fibres are agitated using a contra rotating brush machine, this ensures that the solution fully penetrates the fibres, it also acts to ’fluff up’ the carpet pile.
Deep Clean
Only at this stage can deep cleaning begin. Using our energy efficient equipment. Temperature controlled water is forced through the carpet fibres effectively removing the remaining Soils, pollen, and pollutants. These are immediately extracted using powerful twin vacuum Pumps. This method allows approximately 90% of the water to be removed instantly.
Drying
To speed up drying times we use the latest 360 degree air movers. These work by drawing in warm air from above and dispersing it over a 360 degree area across the surface of the carpet Fibres, this cuts drying times to an absolute minimum. Typical drying times are 1 - 3 hours.
Finishing
On satisfactory completion the carpet pile is re-dressed and any furniture that has been moved during the cleaning process is carefully replaced.

Scotchgard is a well known product that has recently been reformulated, we now believe it’s the best product of it’s kind currently available. It will provide protection to your freshly cleaned carpets and upholstery, keeping them looking their best, even after heavy use and regular vacuuming.
Soil will not adhere readily to treated fibres and therefore can be easily vacuumed away. Forced-in stains such as oil and water based foods including - soft drinks, coffee, tea and red wine can be cleaned more easily using professional cleaning techniques.
